One Refractories Launches First Asian Factory at Long Duc IP
On June 4th, 2025, Long Duc Industrial Park (LDIP) officially signed a lease agreement with One Refractories Asia Co., Ltd., marking the company’s first-ever investment in Asia. This milestone highlights a strategic expansion for One Refractories, a Belgian enterprise with nearly 100 years of experience in high-quality refractory materials.

Strategically located in Dong Nai Province, just 50 minutes from Ho Chi Minh City and in close proximity to the upcoming Long Thanh International Airport, LDIP offers world-class infrastructure, synchronized utilities, and a business-friendly environment. These advantages were key factors in One Refractories’ decision to establish its first Asian manufacturing base here.
Mr. Charles Henri Muller, General Manager of One Refractories Asia, stated that the establishment of the new facility in Long Duc Industrial Park represents a strategic move to drive growth, innovation, and regional cooperation. He expressed strong confidence in Vietnam’s potential and appreciation for the professional support received from LDIP and its partners throughout the project development process.

Representing the developer, Mr. Hiroyuki Ishii, General Director of LDIP, emphasized that the arrival of One Refractories reflects Vietnam’s growing appeal to global manufacturers. He affirmed that it is also a testament to LDIP’s commitment to providing international-standard infrastructure and dedicated investor support, reaffirming the park’s role as a trusted partner in long-term development.

Accompanying the project from market research to lease signing was Savills Vietnam, a leading industrial real estate consulting firm. Ms. Phan Cuu Chi, Manager of Industrial Services at Savills Vietnam, commented that supporting One Refractories’ expansion into Vietnam marks a major milestone. It demonstrates the growing trust European investors place in Vietnam’s dynamic and stable investment environment, especially within sustainably oriented industrial parks like Long Duc.
