LOCATION
Located 50 minutes by car from the center of Ho Chi Minh City, 40 minutes from Cat Lai Port, 60 minutes from the Cai Mep - Thi Vai New Port, and 20 minutes away from the upcoming Long Thanh New International Airport (expected opening for operation in 2026), with convenient location for both transportation and daily commuting, it is highly suitable for manufacturing businesses.
With an elevation of 39 to 44 meters above sea level, the location boasts an extremely low risk of flooding. Furthermore, with a ground bearing capacity of 10 to 15 tons per square meter, it offers favorable conditions for reducing construction costs and shortening construction periods.

CORE INFRASTRUCTURE
For the manufacturing industry, electricity is of utmost importance. Long Duc Industrial Park is supplied electricity through two main transmission lines and backup transmission lines from VIETNAM ELECTRICITY (EVN), then supplied to tenant companies. Additionally, natural gas is supplied to the Industrial Park via pipelines installed within the park.
Specialized staff are stationed 24/7 at the infrastructure facilities for electricity, water supply, and wastewater treatment, ensuring immediate response capabilities even in emergency situations.
ADDITIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE
The high-speed optical fiber lines from KDDI are installed within the Industrial Park. We provide comprehensive ICT services, including IT consultations, the company always has resident Japanese specialists to promptly support customers.

From the phase of investment evaluation to the handover of the factory, our dedicated team of Japanese staff provides comprehensive support for businesses, including assistance with administrative procedures such as drafting and submitting applications for company establishment permits, etc. After receiving the factory, we organize monthly meetings for tenant businesses (bringing together representatives from each tenant), where they can update on the latest legal information and regulations and exchange information with each other.

LDIS and Dong Nai Import Export Processing Agricultural Products and Foods Joint Stock Company (DONAFOODS) have combined to establish Long Duc Investment Limited Liability Company and jointly participate in the development plan for Long Duc Industrial Zone.
